Whipped Cream Dairy Whip

Dairy Whip® is made from farm fresh cream, which has been ultra-pasteurised to keep it fresher longer. It is 20% lower in fat than regular standard cream that contains 35% fat. Use instead of whipping cream for desserts, coffees or savoury recipes. Dairy Whip® is best enjoyed immediately after serving.

Shelf Life
Once opened Dairy Whip® will keep until the best before date on the base of the can. If the usage instructions are followed Dairy Whip® will keep in the refrigerator for up to 11 months.

Storage
Refrigerate between 2-6ºC at all times.
