Very popular. Great for a kid’s birthday party, you could even add chocolate hail or 100’s & 1000’s.
200 g packet chocolate biscuits 50 g butter 2 packets raspberry jelly 1 cup hot water 1 cup cold water 200 ml Tatua Farms Cream Heart shaped sweets

Method:

Place biscuits in a food processor and process to a fine crumb.
- Melt butter and stir through crumbs.
- Press crumbs over the base of a 23cm flan or pie dish. Refrigerate to set.
- Place both packets of raspberry jelly in a bowl with hot water. Stir until crystals dissolve. Stir in cold water.
- Refrigerate until almost set but jelly can be moved with a fork. This will take about 1 ½ - 2 hours.
- Whip Tatua Farms Cream and stir through the jelly.
- Place mixture over the crumb crust.
- Refrigerate for an hour and then decorate with heart shaped sweets.
- Serves 6
